MY GOAL
I played college soccer and semi-professional level. When I was in college nobody taught us how to prevent injuries or take care of our bodies. Whether it was proper warm ups, pregame activations, mobility+stretching, or recovery.
In my sophomore year of college, I had to go through ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. The rehab process was long, painful, and mentally challenging.
After my recovery, I wanted to focus on learning how to educate, prevent, and properly strengthen athletes from going through the same experience
